I made this tonight and it was delicious. I substituted ground turkey for the chicken.

This sounds really good. I made something similar, a Vietnamese style. Turkey, scallions, cilantro, ginger, garlic, chili flakes, soy sauce, salt and pepper. Grilled until cooked thru, the put on toasted buns with pickled carrots, cucumber slices, cilantro and a spicy mayo. I have some turkey left. Going to try this version.
