I agree this lighter works very well, also has a lifetime warrinty.

| Still Watching My Back | Re: Good soft flame lighter?

I have a Chinese ST Dupont knockoff that I like quite a bit for smaller ring gauges and machine mades... even does the trick on full-size ring gauges as well. I think I paid around $6 on eBay and it took 3 weeks to arrive from HK. My main problem with BIC lighters is I can't fully light anything above a 40 gauge without burning my thumb. If you're having trouble lighting with a torch without scorching, you might also want to try a single-torch with a very tight/accurate point to the flame. It seems most Xikars I've used have a very sharp point to the flame... also makes accurate touch-ups quite easy. The Versa is one I'm considering picking up, especially if I come across a good deal on CB. |
