Dunno what I would call it though...Chorizo Chili?

I fried up 1 "tube" of beef chorizo, added a whole can of black beans, a couple of tablespoons of homemade salsa, and some fresh cilantro.

DAMN it was good!

I have done something similar using either hot Italian sausage or kielbasa and some hot sauce and onions along with the beans and salsa. The beauty of these recipes is that they are quick and easy and taste great.
