Refurbishing a battered favourite
A friend of mine showed me his old favourite. It has worked hard, but had a stem crack and wasn't smoking well anymore. Anyway, I told him I'd give it a tweak:
Before:   Finish sanded off and now in the salt line:  Crack glued and sanded:
