Congrats. The sleep thing will get better. But be warned, the first time the kid sleeps through the night, you and your wife will wake up and think "Oh $h!t" have a mini heart attack and sprint to the crib. And everything will be fine. But now you'll be to wired to go back to sleep. My wife and I had that experience last week.

#2 is on the way. Not quite Irish twins at about 23 months apart but close enough. God help these kids with me as a father.
