Aganorsa Leaf Arsenio corona (6" x 44)
I have a longstanding love with Aganorsa, going as far back as when they were called Tabacalera Tropical, and they mostly produced cigars for others. The original Arsenio line were much larger in ring gauge and length, so when I saw this revamped line, I had to try some. I originally bought a 10-pack on special from Cigar Bid, and halfway through my first stick, I was back online ordering a box.
These are really fantastic smokes. At this point, Aganorsa has a sort of 'signature' flavor profile, since the tobacco they use for their cigars is all their own. The Arsenio is no exception. It has that signature flavor profile. But this particular blend has a lot more depth to the flavor than their other standard blends. There's a typical flavor profile that I refer to as 'Nicaraguan spice'.' Y'all know what I'm talking about. This cigar has it. BUT...the *depth* of that flavor profile is much more intense than the blends of, say, AJ Fernandez or Don Pepin Garcia. It's not a flavor as much as it's a sensation on the palate. A flavor that lingers on the palate between draws. I call it 'that thing.' This cigar has that thing.
Do yourself a favor and try a 5 pack of the Aganorsa Arsenio. You will not regret it.
