Louis XIV, the singer was wasted on Red Wine, but the show was great. Opening for them was "What Made Milwaukee Famous," who stole the show with some great songs and hooks.

I took my 14-yr-old son to see Cheap Trick last Saturday in Atlantic City (Harrah's).

It was a great show... short, but great. They started promptly at 9:00 and were off the stage by 10:19.

The highlight for me was them playing "Heaven Tonight"... I have never heard that one live before. My son was excited, he was amazed that they sounded so much better live than they do on CD.

Black Stone Cherry is playing my town Tuesday in a small venue, but I have to miss it as I will not be around. Hopefully next time, I like the band.

I saw a bassoon and piano recital, I don't know if that counts as a concert, but I'm a music education major, so I count those as concerts.
