Rest the soul of Jamie Wade

She took a handful of downers last night, got in the tub, and went to sleep for the last time. At the age of 32, she left behind three daughters of 11, 7 and 5.

My wife found her this evening after leaving work.

Our friend Jamie called last night talking about killing herself, she'd done this on and off for the last 2 or 3 months. We where always concerned when we'd get one of these calls, last night was the time we needed to be there.

I can't even begin to describe how I feel.

What you can do for us...

If you know anyone who's reaching out for help, if at all possible, be there for them.

Sorry for your wife's and your loss. You can't blame yourselves. It's not your wife's or your fault.

What an awful way to lose a friend. I could only imagine. Reach out to her daughters, they're gonna need it bro.

That is horrible, my heart goes out to you, the wife and especially those children. Keep an eye on those kids.
