If anyone is looking for a decent priced Cigar of the month club. Do not go through Premium Humidors. com My stuff was sappose to be here befor Xmas and its still hasnt arrivied, and every time i call and email them they dont answer, what do you think i should do?

cancel the order via website or email, then dispute the charge on the card saying you never recieved the product.

Sorry you got burnt. I honestly get calls at least 1 time per week from people complaining about them, wondering if I can help. Maybe since I too am in Florida they think I know some secret way to contact them, but honestly, they've been playing this trick for years. Look at their BBB score, a solid F.

Oh, the irony. "Premium" Humidors has bad business practices, and "Cheap" Humidors has many satisfied customers here, of which I am one.
