I am currently doing a similar project, but on a smaller scale. Converting a spare room/office to a den/cigar room/office.

Told you that when you all come to vegas you are welcome to come over! I hope to have the pool in and my Wife does not limit us to just the lounge for smoking, but the weather should be good that time of year and I will have enough room for many inside and out!

Just added one more place to sit in the lounge, and now 4 people can recline and one in the computer chair. The theater seating has a bit of a curve to it which kind of screws up the room. But at least they are leather, recline and accommodate one extra Brother! Gotta love craigslist another $475 investment.
