This morning: (First time for this trying a twice a day to get to the end goal of 195) 13 miles @ 4 on the Airdyne - 43 minutes 1 mile arms only 1/2 pull 1/2 push - 5 minutes 1 mile @ 3 (cooldown) - 4 minutes 150 push-ups 150 crunches - 50 center, 50 left 50 right Tonight: Plan on the normal routine and some swimming. 			Golfed yesterday very very early with a friend and whatever I sweated out of my system was put back in at lunch. Hit the range this afternoon and had to change my shirt when I got back to work. Thinking about playing another 9 today since it's nice and warm. Should be able to build up a good sweat walking.
