			Yesterday was day 1 of the Asylum and WOW I thaught I was in prety good shape after doing 2 months of Max Insanity workouts I was wrong!!! Day 1 was Speed & Agility its very fast paced with alot of complex moves its going to take some time to get these all down. 			Well I made it through my first week of the Asylum, After doing a round of P90X and a round of Insanity I thaught I was in prety good shape I was wrong!!! Shawn T realy brings up the intencity in the Asylum, Its fast paced with a lot of new moves you dont see in Insanity you realy need to dig deep and bring it!!! 			Finished Asylum yesterday with the final fit test and I am blown away with the progress I have made! The Asylum was a TOUGH but it was also alot of fun and a nice change of pace from P90X and Insanity I highly recomend it
