My beer wish list is always changing, but right now the two beers that I really want to try are:

Goose Island King Henry
Alchemist Heady Topper

Aside from the obvious Dark Lord, King Henry etc. I really want to get my hand on some of the Alpine IPA's.

Being that I have never tried any of the Dark Lord beers I am now seriously interested in doing so after reading more about them. I just subscribed recently to beeradvocate magazine to help me keep up on all things going on in the beer world. I love beer...

There are a lot of rare and not so rare beers I want to try but two breweries that stand out at the moment that I have yet to try are Ale Smith and Firestone-Walker.

There was a bunch at my local Haskells. Just picked some up Thursday.

As for my list:
CBS
Bourbon County Coffee Stout
WWS
Anything by Cigar City (preferrably a stout)
Dark Lord
and because it seems to be so highly thought of, Pliny the Elder

I was gonna post a list here, but then I went to hunahpu weekend and could not believe some of the stuff I got to try. So it's back to the drawing board.
