That is a well written, sadly true, piece of journalism.

Very well written piece. One could use most of that logic to explain away any of a number of different laws that are designed to make sure no one bothers anybody else.

The problem is that anti-smokers don't care about rights until something comes along as result of their vote and bites them in the ass...
