So as you all know, I started the weight loss endeavour 13 months ago, and in the process I have successfully shed 100 lbs. In th process I have tone up some, but looking for that extra definition, and I have decided to step up the game and taking on the "Insanity Challenge". Already done the Test/Fit day, and the 1st day. 59 days to go. Wish me luck
