Went to a dinner @ Cigar City Brewing in Tampa last night for the release Marshall Zhukov's Imperial stout. The night consisted of a 5 course Russian dinner paired with different treatments of the Zhukov.
* Monsieur Zhukov's Biere de Stout (second runnings of Zhukov's fermented with a French saison yeast) * Humidor Imperial Stout (Zhukov's aged on Spanish cedar) * Hopped Up Johnnie (Zhukov's aged on Johnnie Walker Blue oak and dry-hopped with fresh Florida grown Cascade hops) * Penultimate Push (Zhukov's aged on Mazzaro's roasted coffee beans) * Final Push (Zhukov's aged on Kopi Luwak coffee beans) I managed to come away with 4 bottles of Zhukov and growlers of 4 of the special beers ![]() |
