Well, last week I had gained 3.2 pounds, due to the crap food at the Livestock Show, and it being Spring Break, with my wife and I not wanting to cook. So, I was at 272.8.
Weighed in today, lost 2.6 of that. Back to 270.2. Off to ride my bike, then work on my chest and back....
