Champagne for the celbration and a little orange juice to make it a mimosa. Easy to drink... not likely to mess you up (unless you kill a whole bottle) and classy. Serve chilled in a champagne flute. Garnish with a maraschino cherry for a sweet treat at the bottom of the glass.
