How about the Asylum on one side (like before) and on the reverse have 2 crossed cigars with a beer mug above. Or substitute two hands shaking for the mug. And below the cigars, "Fraternitatis" (Brotherhood) or maybe "Et spiritus fraternitatis" (In the spirit of Brotherhood)
