			A Simple version: 1. Brown Sausage 2. Add Milk - qty depends on how much gravy you want 3. Heat to simmer 4. While heating, mix 3/4 cup milk with flour. beat until thickened. add flour as necessary 5. When gravy is at simmer, stir in flour/milk mixture 6. stir until thickened 7. Add pepper / salt / other seasonings as desired. |
