Bachelor Party at Outlaws South in KC

My brother is a very green cigar smoker but he absolutely loved Outlaws in KC North last time he was in town. He is getting married in April and I want to show him a good time in KC. The dates that I was thinking was March 6th. Wondering how many of my inmate buddies would be interested in joining us for a good smoke and maybe a drink in Weston afterwards.
