At first glance, it looks to be legit.
I assume that it is already bottled and the label appears not to be a butcher job.
The item location leads me to believe that it is either an inside job or a theft. I cannot imagine that FFF would be to happy about a gifted bottle being sold on eBay... at least at this point in time.
