Join Date: Oct 2008 Location: The Swamp Posts: 6,237 Trading: (106)	Tell me about this old (possibly CC) cigar I know the pictures aren't that great, but any help would be appreciated. I got two of these in some items I bought. The band says La Palina. Underneath that it says The Quality Cigar. On one side of the band it says Congress Cigar Co. On the other it says Makers.
