Enjoyed this last night...Pineapple Upside Down Cake Cocktail
1 oz Coconut rum 1 oz Banana liquor 2 oz Pineapple juice 1 dash Grenadine syrup 1 Cherry (garnish) Shake pineapple juice, banana liquor and coconut rum with ice in a tumbler. Pour into a martini cocktail glass. Add dash of grenadine, and serve.
