Jerky Poll - Page 2

I make my own with a dehydrator, which is excellent for making jerky but not good at imparting a smoke.
However I don't like the smoked kind so much anyway. I dip the meat in Dale's, sprinkle with garlic powder
and coarse black pepper and roll wit it.

Black Pepper with Cajun and a little garlic... I make mine with a dehydrator. It's a favorite amongst my family.

I recently found a place that has some of the best jerky I've ever had. Its about 40min away but worth it. I prefer terriyaki jerky. I've seen someone make coyote jerky and would like to try some.

I've got the Spicy teriyaki jerky on my to-do list as soon as there's a good sale on beef around here! I'm looking forward to a nice relaxing day of smoking & smoking here pretty soon!
Seems all I've been doing is working. Regular work, working on my truck, then a water pump in my Jeep, and tomorrow is front suspension on my sons BMW......outside in 30-40 degree weather with a chance of snow. Oh yipee.

Never tried Beer jerky. I like it hot!
