Is this plume?

I don't know, when I was at the B&M I saw cigars like this and the guy said it was plume.

That's what they all say Had someone say the same thing at the shop around here. Not the owner, one of the part-timers. "Oh no that plume. That means you got a good cigar." Come on man

I've had many of them tell me that. I know what plume is. I've seen it a number of times. I see mold 10 times more often, and they do NOT look anything alike.
