Rough day here. Gonna try and stay as in line as possible. English Dept. social is today immediately after school. Gonna be lots of sweets and other goodies.
Started the day w/ a meal replacement shake, lunch is a chicken breast, and I guess this gathering at school will be supper. Gonna have to force myself to exercise when I get home. I know I'll be dragging.
