Medium body.
Amazing notes of Peach, fruit and nuts.
Wow! I passed on that because reccommended roast was city+. I'm not really doing anything much under FC. You roasted to Vienna and still got fruit? Amazing!
My own Mocha Java blend and a Yemen today, both fading. The Yemen was awesome yesterday.

Very nice Tim. Still have my original I purchased back in the Summer of 1984

I'm with you. I dont roast anything much under FC either. I prefer FC to Vienna. It seems like everyone I have given samples too (including myself) thought they only liked French Roast. Freshly roasted beans opened a whole new world.

I brewed the Colombian about 16 hours after roasting. That might have been what salvaged the fruityness.

Hmmm, might be it. I sometime try after 24, but usually 48. I like fruity though.
End of the Yemen and a Monkey mix that made me go WOW! today.

This morning: El Salvador Molino de Santa Rita

This evening:
Panama Finca La Camiseta (day #2)

After grinding the Panama, the aroma took me back to the Summer of 1984 when I switched from drinking the commercial swill (MJB, et al) to grinding my own coffee beans. It was Mr. Sweeny at "Sweeny's" that pushed me into a 1/2 lb of fresh roasted beans from Panama and a Krups grinder. Sure do miss the Krups. It passed a few years back for a new Mr. Coffee grinder...
