I love the way these Insanity workouts are working my lower abs and obliques! I just finished MAX Cardio and Conditioning another great workout and calorie burn. Still havent done Max Plyo yet thats on the schedule for Sat morning cant wait to do it. Tomorrow morning I am going to do Insanity upper body weight training
