196.5 This morning new low. But the only way to make it to 195 by tomrrow is a little fast today. Thinking about it but zoup sends its siren song email each morning.

Have you tried "HIIT" training where you max out for 30sec-1min every 2 or 3 min(or variations thereupon)? Might be the push your body needs......

I'm bull headed about this subject. Been using the "Sinatra method" i.e. doing it my way. Seems to have worked so far though trying to go much lower might require a different method.

The next phase of this might require what you suggest. Weight loss and general fitness improvement was the initial goal. Now it might evolve into more of a general fitness, targeted program to eliminate some "trouble spots". Chest is not as fit as back after all the push ups being the primary example.
