Mon - So far - Rode the bike 197 and change. Its the lowest starting point for a week so I think that is good. The difference is... had a couple cheeseburgers, Ham and turkey sandwiches (with bread) drank like a fish and in general, ate more normally than I have in months this past weekend. Might need to tone it down a bit though. Feel the "binge urge" coming on. Thinking about making a new goal... longer term. Maybe 190 over the next couple of months. Slow and steady tryhing not to have the large 6-7 pound weekend swings. Easier to keep on the path if there is a goal in mind. This strategy does not work in the long term but for now...
