Your assumption that most everyone prefers full-flavored non-Cuban cigars is way off base.
I could just as easily say a lot of us think the full-flavored powerhouses cater to the "strong so it must be good" mentality. Personally, I prefer a medium strength, complex smoke that Cuban cigars seem to deliver consistently. My  and worth as much.
