While the little filtered cigars are nothing new, they really came to prominence a few years ago when the FDA banned the sale of all flavored cigarettes other than menthol. For example, all those boxes of Djarum clove "cigarettes" that many B&Ms sell? Those are all technically cigars because they now have HTL wrappers.

Some online and catalog sellers carry these little filtered cigars, some don't.
