			I made Bacon Brownies for the herf this past weekend. I fried up a 1/2 pound of bacon and chopped it. Stirred it into the brownie mix. When the mix called for 3 tablespoons of oil, I made one of the tablespoons the fresh bacon grease. Very interesting.
