Another DDD find

Shrimp and cheddar wrapped in a sweet banana pepper would be incredible.
I used to do cheddar-filled bacon wrapped hungarian wax peppers and jalapenos on the grill, it's been awhile. Never crossed my mind to add shrimp. That'd take it over the top.

and built a bigger one out of a piece of stainless at work.
These done with whatever you prefer for stuffing are GREAT !!
I like using shrimp and cheddar, with a bacon cap
Gonna have to try Scallops.
