Well they got a few sticks out to me in the mail as well as some swag. Their response was pretty surprised and thanked me for being chill and not freaking out all over the internet. I thought it was a really positive response from them.

That's good to know that they responded and took care of you. I hope they take a look to see if there's a way to prevent it.
