No, not an insult.
I think she means you look like a dude in the old cartoons. Not Bluto, he was in black and white Mickey Mouse cartoons, I think. He had a round goatee and always had a figurado hanging out of his mouth.
I'm pretty sure he died from injuries related to getting hit in the face with a steel I-beam that was swinging on a crane. His star just burned too bright, I'm afraid. Tragic.
