40 pounds !!

Had to share. This past Saturday I hit 40 Lbs of weight loss. I started back in July and all the work is paying off. Aiming to loose an additional 30lbs by March. Currently at 224lbs.

BTW - I have set goals and if I meet my 195lbs final goal I will be getting me some Behikes. No wonder i'm working hard at this.

I feel like soooo much better

Thanks for the support and encouraging words.

To those that have asked how I've done it, counting calories to a max of around 1500 per day, eating healthier, and lots of exercise on a daily basis.

Is all about changing your lifestyle a bit and self motivating yourself (behike)
