Roasted duck with a red wine/tart cherry reduction Braised kale with toasted pine nuts Sun choke chips (cooked in duck fat of course) and rosemary salt __________________ My neighbor came by my house this morning at 2AM, pounding on the door. Good thing I was still up playing the drums.
