My focus isn't a real issue... I have a goal to obtain, that will be a constant reminder for the next 6 months.
I'm actually try to play the rock for my lovely wife and our friend.
Guys can lose (and gain) weight in larger increments than the ladies. I am going to be helping them to stay on track, so they'll be comparing me all the time....
