NHL '13-'14 Season Thread

As a Sharks fan that was hard to watch. They had a ton of good scoring chances not perimeter and point shots. A lot of chances between the dots. I swear at one point there seemed like they had a force field in the blue paint. Edmonton is world's apart from the kings who they played Monday. From a game where every inch on the ice was a fight to a friggin track meet in Edmonton.

Well at least the Avs were able to hold on to the win against the Wild . Congrats to Varlamov for the 5 year contract extension

I like the extension and though I don't like the Avs giving up goals in the 3rd to make games close....I'll keep taking the wins.

Last night was a little bigger, extending the lead for 3rd in the Central.
