It is made of MDF on the outside but lined with real natural Spanish Cedar. If this was a real all wood unit, you would be paying 5 to 10 times the amount. Plus the added weight to shipping would be crazy expensive. That is why we do not carry all natural wood units. We would never sell any due to the expense __________________ Drew Brannen
