Brebia pipe value?

Ok guys. I'm applying for a police job at several departments in FL and most have a no tobacco policy. I'm going to have to sell all of my cigar stuff and my pipe.
What would be a fair value on this to ask? I don't know anything about it so here are pictures of all the markings:

New Brebbias range in price from $90-$250. That appears to my untrained eye to be in the $150ish range new. Go from there.
