OK cigar in soho isn't a huge shop but had a nice selection. It's also walking distance to Circa Tabac if you want to enjoy a nice cocktail and smoke inside. Circa is always fun.

Also, Martinez near Penn Station is a nice low key spot. great cigars rolled on site and great guys to have a beer and stick with.

Edit: The Nat Sherman store on 42nd was nice but I didnt hang out to smoke. Nice enough staff adn decent selection but solid NYC pricing.
