Thanks everyone for the birthday wishes , it means alot. I would of posted sooner but I am fighting the post accident surgery depression and in return finding myself pushing people and things away and also found myself actually rude to those around me assisting me and literally just shutting in and being a hermit. I will make time in next few days to reach out to PM to some very heart warming individuals that through their words and random acts of kindness made me look within at how I am and how grateful I actually am for all those around me here and at the girlfriends house.

Happy Birthday sir. Speaking from recent experience it is easy to withdraw and want to disassociate yourself from the daily events after a traumatic experience. I say dont sweat it. We are all pretty thick skinned on here and I bet your friends outside of here and you family are too.
