Wristwatch collectors out there?

Finally picked up this watch:

Interestingly, while browsing around, I came across a Richard Mille that I actually like.

It doesn't say if it is a mens watch or womens, but even if it is a woman's watch, I would still wear it if it wasn't too small, and someone bought it for me. No prices are listed anywhere, but I'm pretty sure it is a case of if you have to ask, you can't afford it. I also am not sure I want to know.
