Later this week I will be. Still eating thru the rye loaf I baked last week. Going back to 85-90% white, to the rest either whole wheat or rye.
Can’t wait to see your results.

My neighbor came by my house this morning at 2AM, pounding on the door. Good thing I was still up playing the drums.
