I believe PBR has something similar that is pretty tasty also.

Caffeine and alcohol in the same can. I think that was how 4Loko got banned.

I've seen hard expresso in my local that carries a huge selection of micro brews.

Had a few different ones on the selves here for quite some time now. Better idea than the cigars with THC.
