The increase hits April 1st and its no April Fools joke. Here in Arkansas the State is also jacking up their tax. RYO tax increases from $1.09 /lb to $25.63/lb,Cigs $0.56'pk. pipe tobacco $0.39/lb to $0.63/lb. Mike
