I haven't had a test since I left the hospital on the 28th and I've got a Doc's appt. next week but I have to book this bachelor party trip now. And I'm having a devil of a time finding info on flying with anemia online.

Give your doctor a call. If anything, the concern would not be the flying, but being in Mexico if you are not healthy.
